Refund policy
No refunds. Exchanges can be made by returning the item in unused condition. Items must be returns in the same condition you receive them and in the same packaging. Exchanges can be made by first sending us an email.
You can contact us at info.saltandpine@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will need to provide your own shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return labels will only be issued if item is damaged.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will receive your exchange if it’s in stock. If it’s not in stock you will receive store credit.
